Health Care Provider

I am a dedicated and compassionate healthcare provider with a strong background in nursing and advanced practice. I have been a Registered Nurse (RN) since 2018 and earned my certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in 2023. Most recently, I completed my graduate studies in psychiatric care in February, further expanding my ability to support patients with mental health needs. Currently, I am working as a Nurse Practitioner at a substance treatment center, where I provide comprehensive care to individuals navigating addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. My approach is patient-centered, evidence-based, and grounded in empathy. Clients can expect attentive, holistic care tailored to their physical and emotional well-being.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and involved in your care. I take a collaborative approach, meaning I work with you—not just for you—to develop treatment plans that fit your goals, lifestyle, and needs. I value open communication and will always take the time to listen, explain options clearly, and answer any questions you have.

Whether we’re addressing physical health, mental wellness, or both, you can expect a thoughtful, nonjudgmental experience rooted in compassion, professionalism, and mutual respect. Healing is a journey, and I’m here to walk it with you—at your pace.

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Psych NP), my process is rooted in building a strong therapeutic relationship and creating a treatment plan that aligns with your personal goals and clinical needs.

During our initial session, I’ll complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation—this includes discussing your current concerns, medical and mental health history, lifestyle factors, and any previous treatment. This helps me gain a full understanding of your situation so we can move forward with clarity and purpose.

From there, we’ll work together to create a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle recommendations, and referrals when appropriate. Follow-up sessions are typically focused on monitoring progress, making adjustments, and providing ongoing support.

My overall treatment style is collaborative, respectful, and evidence-based. I believe in meeting clients where they are and making sure you feel involved and informed every step of the way.
