Michelle Jeudy Olotch, PMHNP-BC

Health Care Provider

I began my nursing career in 2008 and have spent nearly two decades caring for patients in high-pressure settings like the emergency department. That experience taught me the importance of calm, empathy, and clear communication—values I now bring to my mental-health practice. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide individualized treatment for anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep issues, and mood disorders using a holistic, evidence-based approach. My goal is to help each client feel seen, supported, and capable of achieving lasting wellness.

Clients can expect a warm, patient, and judgment-free environment. I value collaboration and transparency—I take time to explain treatment options and ensure each plan feels right for the client. My style is conversational, compassionate, and empowering. I believe healing begins when clients feel safe to be themselves and actively participate in their care.

Our first session focuses on understanding your story—your concerns, strengths, and goals. Together, we’ll create a plan that may include therapy, lifestyle changes, and medication management when appropriate. Follow-up sessions are structured but flexible, emphasizing open communication and gradual progress. My process combines a clinical foundation with a genuine human connection to help clients improve focus, mood, and overall quality of life.
