Care options
Therapy, Psychiatry, and Whole-Person Mental Health Care
Care is matched to what is actually going on for you. Therapy when therapy is the right tool, psychiatry when psychiatry is the right tool, and a clear plan for what comes next.

Choosing care
How to choose the right service
Most people start by describing what is going on rather than picking a specific service. That is fine. Our team helps translate what you share into the care path that fits — therapy, psychiatry, medication management, or a combination — based on your symptoms, history, and what you are hoping for.
- If you want to talk things through, therapy is often the starting point.
- If symptoms are heavy or persistent, a psychiatric evaluation may help clarify options.
- Many patients benefit from a combination of therapy and psychiatric support.
- The right fit can change over time. Plans are reviewed, not set in stone.
Important
Medication is not required for every patient
Some patients benefit from medication and some do not. That is a clinical conversation between you and your provider. Therapy, lifestyle support, and other tools are available regardless of whether medication is part of your plan.
Supplements or holistic recommendations should never replace proper psychiatric care and are only discussed when clinically appropriate.
Where we serve
Online care depends on where providers are licensed
Many patients can be seen quickly, depending on provider availability, state, service, and verification.
You Do Not Need the Perfect Words to Start
