How do I start?
Submit an appointment request, tell us your state and what you need, and we will follow up to confirm details and book your first visit.
How fast can I be seen?
Many patients can be seen quickly. Actual timing depends on provider availability, your state, the service you need, insurance verification, and appointment type.
Do I need a diagnosis to get help?
No. You can come in with symptoms, questions, or just a sense that something is off. A diagnosis, if appropriate, comes from clinical evaluation — not a checkbox.
Can I choose my provider?
Yes. You can browse our providers and pick one whose bio resonates, or let our team match you based on your state, service, and schedule.

Is this therapy or psychiatry?
We offer both. Therapy is talk-based care. Psychiatry includes evaluation and, when appropriate, medication management. Many patients use a combination.
Do you offer medication management?
Yes, when clinically appropriate. Medication is reviewed carefully and is not required for every patient.
Do you treat ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and bipolar disorder?
Yes. Our providers see patients for ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, grief, burnout, relationship struggles, and more. Some specialties may depend on the specific provider.
Do you help children and teens?
Yes. We offer child and adolescent mental health support with providers credentialed to see young people in their state.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes. AB Holistic accepts most commercial insurance plans. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare at this time. Coverage still depends on your state, plan, provider, service, and appointment type.
How does insurance verification work?
After you submit accurate insurance details, our team checks plan eligibility, network status, and expected cost-share. Most commercial insurance verifications are completed within 1 hour during normal business hours, although some plans may take longer.
Is self-pay available?
Yes. Self-pay may be available for patients without accepted coverage, patients with Medicaid or Medicare, or patients whose plan does not cover the requested service. We share available rates before the visit.
Do you take Medicaid or Medicare?
No. AB Holistic does not accept Medicaid or Medicare at this time. We do accept most commercial insurance plans, and our team can usually verify commercial insurance within 1 hour during normal business hours when accurate details are provided. Self-pay options may be available if your plan is not accepted.

Are visits virtual?
Yes. We offer secure virtual visits when telehealth is appropriate for your needs and location.
What states do you serve?
We currently serve patients in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Minnesota, Nevada, Texas, and Washington. Provider availability varies by state.
Can I be seen if I am traveling?
Generally a provider must be licensed in the state you are physically located in at the time of the visit. Brief travel within the U.S. has nuance — ask our team if you have a specific trip in mind.

Can you help with FMLA, ESA, work, or school letters?
We may help with documentation when clinically appropriate after a provider evaluation. The specifics depend on the request and your provider’s clinical judgment.
Is paperwork guaranteed?
No. Letters and forms are based on clinical judgment and are not guaranteed. Submitting a request does not commit a provider to signing.

How do I pay a bill?
Visit the billing page from the existing-patient resources to make a payment.
How do I contact support?
