Where we serve
Mental Health Care by State
We help patients access online care in states where our providers are licensed or credentialed. Availability may vary by state, provider, service, and insurance.
Why state matters
Provider licensing is state-specific
In the United States, mental health providers can only see patients in states where they hold an active license or appropriate credential. That means if you live in Florida, your provider needs to be licensed in Florida — not somewhere else.
That is why we ask for your state up front. It helps us point you to providers who can lawfully see you, instead of suggesting names who would have to turn down your request.

Matching
How state affects provider matching
Once we know your state, we look at which of our providers are credentialed there and currently accepting new patients for the service you need. From that group, we suggest names whose schedule and specialty fit — or you can pick someone yourself from our directory.
You Do Not Need the Perfect Words to Start
Tell us what is going on, choose the care path that feels closest, and our team will help guide the next step.
