Providers are licensed by state
Every state has its own rules for which providers can see patients living there. Our providers are licensed or credentialed in the specific states they serve — not "anywhere in the U.S." That is what keeps your care lawful and your provider accountable.
When you submit a request, we match you to a provider who is credentialed in your state, available within a reasonable timeframe, and a good fit for the service you need (therapy, psychiatry, ADHD support, child and adolescent care, etc.).
Provider availability may vary by state, service, insurance, and schedule. Most weeks we can offer multiple openings; sometimes a particular provider is booked further out and we suggest an equivalent fit instead.
