What happens after you send your request

  • Staff review

    A real team member reviews your request, not a bot. We make sure we have what we need to confirm.

  • Insurance verification

    We accept most commercial insurance and usually verify within 1 hour during normal business hours when accurate details are provided. Some plans may take longer if payer systems are delayed.

  • Provider availability

    We match you to a provider whose schedule and credentialing fit your state and the care you need.

  • Confirmation

    You receive a confirmed time, clear cost expectations, and instructions for your video visit.

Insurance vs self-pay

We accept most commercial insurance plans. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare at this time. Coverage still depends on your state, plan, provider, service, and appointment type. Our team verifies benefits before your first visit. If insurance is not the right fit for your situation, self-pay options may be available.
