I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use, and womens mental health concerns. Together, we will create a personalized treatment plan that may include talk therapy, medication management, or both — always tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to provide a safe, inclusive space where you feel truly heard and supported. I welcome people from all backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ community, and I am committed to meeting you exactly where you are.
